Our Wedding will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 3:30PM EST.

Where will the Wedding take place?
Due to the global pandemic, we are requesting guest attend our wedding ceremony virtually. The live streaming link will be shared in advanced for those who RSVP.

For those attending in-person, please review the “I will challenge” and hotel website.

Will guest be screened for COVID-19 symptoms?
For your safety and others in attendance, every guest will be thermo screened upon entry to the ceremony and reception venue. Note: Anyone with an above normal temperature will not be permitted to attend the ceremony.

Will guest be encouraged to social distance?
Yes, we’ve significantly limited the number of guest invited to the ceremony and secured a larger ballroom to encourage social distancing.

Will guest be encouraged to wear face covering? Yes, we recommend that you have a face covering with you for the duration of your attendance so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable.

HOTEL FAQ

During my stay will staff at the hotel be wearing face coverings? Team Members and guests may be required to wear a face-covering while in common areas at the hotel.

Will the hotel be actively promoting social distancing guidelines?
Yes, specific guidance on social distancing requirements as travel resumes around the world continues to be updated . Additionally, guest are reminded at check-in and through signage around the hotel to encourage social distancing so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable while on property.

Will the hotel be cleaning public areas of the hotel more frequently for guests?
Yes. The hotel has taken additional cleaning measures, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC), to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.
 
Will hand sanitizer be available at the hotel?
Yes. Hand sanitizing stations have been added to public and high-traffic areas throughout the hotel.
 
Will public areas be open such as the lobby, business center and executive lounge?
Lobbies remain open but some of the social spaces throughout the lobby and other common areas may be adjusted to promote physical distancing. Business centers and executive lounges will be open based on state and local government guidance.

Will the hotel pool, fitness center or spa be open?
The pools, fitness centers and spas will be open based on state and local government guidance.

We recommend visiting the local COVID-19 website for the hotel to understand the latest information in terms of travel restrictions and guidelines in the area. The WHO and CDC continue to be helpful resources for understanding the latest health & safety recommendations.
